• You must make reasonably good graphics, (and show your examples.)
• You must make/code your own layouts.
• Your site must be updated once every 5 days, if its not updated frequently, you will get a warning.
• If you need any help installing cutenews, or with anything else you may contact me.
• You will get your own username and password to log into your account.
• These sites are not for adult content.
