This tutorial explains how to make a dotted line in photoshop cs3.
THIS PARTICULAR METHOD OF A DOTTED LINE MAY NOT WORK ON OLDER VERSIONS OF PHOTOSHOP!
- 1. Click on "brushes" in the sidebar like so..

- 2. Uncheck "smoothing". Click on "Brush tip shape" chose a circle brush and match your settings to mine...
